Burner Alternatives. There are burner choices for Grill Body #4 depending if the burner controls are on the post of the grill or are on the upfront control panel or shelf.  POST control burners have two venturi tubes going straight down the post of the grill. UPFRONT control burners have two venturi tubes that curve to the front of the grill. After you determine POST or UPFRONT style, you will need to select either the Stainless Steel Bow Tie Burner or the Cast Iron Bow Tie Burner depending on your own preference.  The next four entries describe the choices.
DPP-3
in-stock		 Stainless Steel Bow Tie Burner for Dual Control Grill Body 4 with upfront controls.  Two Curved Venturi Tubes go from Burner and curve upfront to control valves on the front control panel.  Comes with burner, twin curved venturis, gasket and screws. Burner Dimensions: 17 inches wide by 9 inches deep.
Note: Broilmaster now subs to DPP102 for the DPP3 burner. We ship the DPP102 burner and find it identical to the DPP3 burner.  The DPP102 burner fits models P4, D4, U4. U5. It is does not fit models P5, D5, S5, S2 or Aspen series - try Broilmaster for that burner.

Radiation Shield Alternatives. We now offer radiation shields made out of two different materials. Both will work on your model. The first shield, RSG, is made of galvanized steel. This is same material used in the original equipment shields. Broilmaster has now upgraded their radiation shields to stainless steel and we offer this option - RSGSTAINLESS. Cook Grid Alternatives.  You have two choices for cook grid sets for the Grill Body 4: the more expensive factory set of 3 porcelain coated, cast iron cook grids or the alternative set of 2 porcelain coated wire cook grids made to fit the Grill Body 4.  Your two choices are described below.

Warming Rack Alternatives.  In different model years, Grill Body 4 used two different style warming racks.  One is no longer available.  Read the description below to make the correct choice.

The body casting size 4 has taken two different warm racks. Listed here is the "retract-a-rack" style - it is above the cooking grids and moves up and down as the lid is opened and closed.  The other warm rack that went across the back of the grill and set in the notches of the grill casting is no longer available.
