In the last few years, Sunbeam is also using 3533-0114 in their grills. It is very similar to the above 3533-0100 bar burner with 3542-0110 twist-in venturis.  We urge you to select this burner by your manual's part number or model number - do not select it by size or photo.  The burner is shipped with the venturis welded in by the factory.  They do not twist in or out.  We also include the collector plate, electrode and wire, thumb screws and tie downs as pictured.  As an exact substitute, we are shipping in its place the 3533-0100 burner with 3542-0110 venturis and igniter hardware. Burner dimensions; venturi length and curvature are exactly the same. The only difference is the 114 burner had the venturis welded in and the 110 venturis twist in.

Sunbeam used to offer a single venturi burner, part number 35330115, that had the single venturi spot-welded into place - the burner was actually the 3533-0103 burner shown above with a twist-in 3542-0110 venturi with small spot welds in two places. The burner built in this style has been discontinued and is no longer available. When ordering the 3553-0115 now, you will receive the 3533-0103 burner with the 3542-0110 twist in venturi. The burner will be assembled and also comes with the electrode collector plate, electrode and wire, thumb screws that hold the collector plate in plate, and wing nuts for each of the two studs to hold the burner in position in the grill. Burner dimensions: 14.6 inches by 4 inches.

The Factory Porcelain Dual Burner is no longer available as an assembly with dual venturis on a mounting plate. Sunbeam discontinued the dual venturis some time ago and we are now sold out. We cannot supply and we have no substitutes. Nor do we have any igniter parts for this burner - no electrode, no wire, no push button.

We do, however, stock and sell the dual porcelain burner with gasket and screws. If your dual venturi assembly is still in safe and useable condition, you can purchase burner part 04460100 with gasket and screws and transfer your venturi assembly to it. Make sure your old dual venturi plate assembly fits tight with the gasket positioned between the burner and venturi plate. Assemble it tightly so there are no leaks.
